结构:
机台与液体有接触的部分均使用316L不锈钢制造,300#抛光。 机体外部采用304磨纹不锈钢制造。 全机结构采用氩弧焊接,抛光处理。 泵及阀件均使用不锈钢卫生级配管。 清洗喷管均使用316L不锈钢制造。 防水密封式配电箱,304不锈钢制造。

控制系统:
第一道水喷洗(瓶内外)→洁净空气吹干(瓶内)→第二道水喷洗(瓶内)→洁净空气吹干(瓶内)→蒸汽灭菌(瓶内)→洁净空气吹干(瓶内外) 使用人机界面操控,或传统操作界面,可设定就其操作时间及流程。 须由专人使用密码进入系统,并更改其设定值。 采用可程式PLC自动控制,人机触控式界面,操作简单、易于检查及保养维修。 系统设定自动回授讯号,故障原因及排除方法均可由屏幕显示。 每个流程均会在触摸屏上显示,可清楚了解当下运转动作。 可与电脑或列表机连线,清楚记录其产能及状况。 洗瓶机于自动模式运转中,脚踏开关将无法作用,确保安全。 上盖开启时,喷洗将无法启动,确保安全。 各个流程冲洗水泵前后皆装有一只压力表,可视其压力大小。
Operation system:
First cleaning(outside the bottle) → dry through cleaning→air(inside the bottle) → second cleaning(inside the bottle ) → cleaning air dry(inside the bottle) → steam sterilization(inside the bottle ) →cleaning air dry(inside and outside the bottle )
1. Use the human-computer interface or traditional operation interface. The time and flow chart can be set.
2. Specific password can be used to enter the system and to change the setting value.
3. Take PLC, human-computer touchable interface which is convenient and easy to check and maintain.
4. The system sets the automatic feedback signal, broke down reason and solution which are displayed on the screen.
6. It can connects with computer or printer which can record its capability and condition clearly.
7. During the function of bottle cleaning machine, the foot pedal switch will not function to ensure the safety.
8. When the lid is open, the spraying cleaning can’t start to ensure the safety.
9. Before and after the water pump, a pressure meter is installed during each flow to check the pressure.
